Thank you for your interest in partnering as a vendor with GrayCo Properties, LLC. To provide services at one or more of our apartment communities, please follow this three-step process to get started.

 

  1. Review our Vendor Agreement.
  2. Create an account/ profile in VendorCafe.
  3. Enroll in Yardi BillPay.

 

Please note:

  • Until this setup process is complete, GrayCo Properties, LLC, will not hire you to provide any services.
  • Approval of this process does not guarantee that you will be hired to provide services in our communities.

 

What is VendorCafe?

 

VendorCafe is an online portal that provides a cost efficient and secure way to manage your business with GrayCo Properties, LLC. Joining VendorCafe allows you to send invoices electronically and check the payment status of your invoices. By eliminating production and mailing costs of paper invoices and time spent tracking payments, VendorCafe can save you money and get you paid faster by ensuring billing/ payment efficiency.

 

As of September 1, 2023, GrayCo Properties, LLC, only accepts invoices submitted through the VendorCafe portal.

 

To enroll in VendorCafe and begin your partnership with GrayCo Properties, LLC, please CLICK HERE. Enter your name and email address. You will receive an email invitation to activate your account/ profile.

 

What is Yardi BillPay?

 

Yardi BillPay provides electronic payment services to vendors of GrayCo Properties, LLC.

 

To enroll in Yardi BillPay, the following information will be required:

  • Tax / Employer ID Number
  • Banking Account & Routing Numbers
  • Valid Email Address

 

Following payment of the first invoice you submit, Yardi BillPay will contact you directly to determine your preferred payment method. Vendors can select one of the following payment methods:

  • ACH Bank Transfer- a Direct Deposit option that is transferred directly to the bank account provided when registering.
  • Yardi Virtual Credit Card (VCC)- a virtual credit card option where payment is electronically deposited into your bank account and a detailed remittance notification is sent via email.
  • Paper check
